Picnics and group events:
Lemon Hill has numerous locations for picnics, barbecues, and group events. Get a permit from Philadelphia Parks & Recreation for your picnic here.
Lemon Hill trails:
Trails at Lemon Hill start by the Lion Head Spring stairs, at the intersection of Kelly and Sedgeley Drives. The dirt trail follows Lemon Hill Drive to the gazebo, then goes along the hillside above Kelly Drive until the Girard Avenue Bridge. Sections of the trail are rugged and may be difficult for inexperienced trail users.
Trails are maintained by the Lemon Hill Neighbors’ Association. Help out by joining their Facebook page here!
