Please join us for a fall planting of shrubs and bushes, and a general cleanup of the grounds of this beautiful historic estate.
We will supply the all the tools and gloves. We’ll also offer lemonade and cookies on the porch and house tours throughout the afternoon.
PARKING: We're proud to be a CAR-FREE PARK! (well, partially, on the southside drives). The yellow gates to Lemon Hill Drive will be closed. Please park at the bottom of the hill just outside the gate or on nearby Sedgley Drive or Poplar Drive and enjoy a short walk up the hill (try using our brand-new ADA sidewalks, thanks to FIFA Fan Fest!!)
BATHROOMS: available inside the mansion throughout the event
PLEASE NOTE: this event is organized by the stewards of Lemon Hill Mansion INSIDE the fence. If you're interested in joining an event OUTSIDE the fence in Lemon Hill Park organized by the Lemon Hill Neighbors Association, please see their volunteer schedule posted here.
